Welcome! I founded TAKe Brand Consulting in 2022 with a powerful vision: creating a world where women and underrepresented leaders build influential brands that transform both their careers and organizations.
Our name, inspired by my daughters Tiana and Khloe (TAKe), represents my commitment to creating a legacy of empowerment. Through my journey as a Servant Leader, I’ve witnessed firsthand how an authentic, influential brand can create positive change and open doors to new possibilities.

Amanda Cosme-Reddie is a Multifaceted Executive; as the CEO of TAKe Brand Consulting and EVP of Business Development for ALPFA Phoenix, she is dedicated to advocating for inclusive leadership. As the former Head of Strategic Partnerships at Jopwell and Head of Account Management at SmartRent, Amanda has successfully managed multimillion-dollar portfolios and built lasting relationships with industry giants including Google, American Express, Delta Air Lines, Deloitte, Johnson & Johnson, among others.
Through TAKe Brand Consulting, she now helps both individuals and organizations unlock their potential through strategic brand consulting. Amanda believes every leader and organization should be empowered to create a conscious culture of inclusive leadership. Part of that is operating a diverse workplace where employees feel safe to be their authentic selves. Amanda is transforming leaders by helping them define and communicate their brand in and out of the workplace. Her methodology combines personal brand development with inclusive leadership practices, enabling leaders to create more engaged teams and drive sustainable business growth.
